3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The confirmation of your order does not signify our acceptance; it is merely an acknowledgment of your order request. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

3.3 Payment Methods

3.4 Sales Tax

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you promptly after order placement.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Times

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95, shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

4.3 International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
• Providing accurate and complete shipping information
• Complying with all import regulations of your country

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are:

• In original, unused, and unwashed condition
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or damaged:

• Base Layers & Socks (hygiene reasons)
• Gloves & Mittens (hygiene reasons)
• Helmets & Goggles (safety and hygiene reasons)
• Ski Body Armor (safety reasons)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice.
3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship to: POC || Leki || Head Shop Returns, 840 Inglewood Dr, West Sacramento, US 95605.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

After we receive and approve your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
